DigiWorker is a technology platform that connects Clients with independent Service Providers for labour services including loading/unloading, factory labour, cleaning, and security services.
DigiWorker does not employ any Service Providers directly unless explicitly stated.
User must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate information.
DigiWorker acts only as an intermediary and does not guarantee service quality or availability.
Services are subject to availability. Time is estimated and not guaranteed.
Clients must pay charges as communicated. No refunds after service unless approved.
Cancellation charges may apply. No-show may result in full charge.
Service Providers are independent contractors.
DigiWorker is not liable for injury, theft, or damages. Liability limited to service fee.
Client responsible for safe working conditions and legal compliance.
DigiWorker may suspend or terminate accounts anytime.
All platform content belongs to DigiWorker.
